How is the program structured?

Each Monday and Wednesday, you'll complete a high-intensity circuit, no more than 24 minutes each, that pushes the body to an intense level to unlock the #BossEffect. Monday is legs and booty. Wednesday is arms, abs and core. Fridays are for our unique Power-Up Workouts which is a short but mighty 6 minute workout and works every muscle in the body.
