What I love about Body Boss is that it's so easy to follow and implement. It's challenging but totally doable. I don't have to do it perfectly to see major results.

I like the hard copy book, it means I am not looking at a screen. I like the lifetime online access for when I do need to look at something online. A lot of these programs only give you access for the 12 wks you are registered for.
