I really like body boss. I do wish the videos were more interactive instead of a computerized model but it’s still helpful. I love not having to go to the gym!

I so love this book, it is so amazing. I have so lot fun when l do workout. Whwen l finish l don’t notice that 24min pass by. I am on my week 2 and OMG l see result. I really what that everybody try this. This bool isn’t for 5 it is for 10! 😄
