Shipping and Refund
We believe in our products and want you to have the best possible online shopping experience, so we offer a 30-day 100% money back guarantee if you’re not happy with our products or haven’t seen any results in that time. If you purchased the printed book (whether on its own or as part of the bundle) then you need to post the book back to us within 30 days of delivery date and we will process your refund after we receive it. Please contact us at: email@example.com to find out how to send it back to our nearest warehouse. For any products that are not damaged, you will need to pay the cost of the return and we encourage you to use a trackable service as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed.
If you only purchased the online edition, we will process your refund straight away and remove your access to your BodyBoss account.
Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can be super speedy when replying!
If you’ve purchased the printed book or the bundle (Print and Online Edition) then you must post the book back to us. Once we receive this we will process your refund asap. Please note, since we offer free delivery, we do not cover the cost to ship it back to us if you would like a refund. To find out how to get a refund, please email us with the Subject: Return, along with your order number.
We offer refunds and exchanges on all merchandise as long as it's unused and still in its original packaging and returned to us within 30 Days of purchase.
