We have provided a range of weights to use for each workout. The name of the game is to be able to do all of the reps in the set but no more. We recommend starting on the lowest weights in the prescribed range. As you gain strength and confidence, up your weights. Challenge yourself! It feels awesome when you realise you're much stronger than you think.
