I love BB because it give results. But I would change the redundancy of the warm ups.

Its a great program. If you made an app for Android phone that would be great and i would be able to do it anywhere even if i forget my book.

Maybe have an app showing the daily exercise routine rather than going through the internet. Maybe somehow link the app to Fitbit/garmin etc
