Its a great program. If you made an app for Android phone that would be great and i would be able to do it anywhere even if i forget my book.

Easy to stick with and stay motivated. You can do it anywhere so it's great for if you travel a lot. Making the Friday exercise so short (but still a workout) makes it so I don't have any excuse to not work out even if I have plans that night.
