Easy for a beginner like me yet challenging to where I am completely winded after one workout. One thing I would improve would be having the buddy workout videos on the 4 week pre training sessions as well as the actual 12 week guide.

Maybe have an app showing the daily exercise routine rather than going through the internet. Maybe somehow link the app to Fitbit/garmin etc

BB is awesome. Makes exercising so easy &amp; it's convenient. My body had results just after pt!!!

The exercise routines are simple yet effective. If I would change one thing, I would make the nutrition plans available to those with food restrictions, i.e. have a vegan plan.
