The workout guides being available for instant access is great for not having to keep the physical book with you. The workouts are effective and make you sweat and get your heart rate up. It would be great if alternate exercises were listed to replace some of the harder moves.

These workouts are great for people who are worried about launching into body boss 12 week program. They are challenging but Kim and Bree(Bri?) have enough modifications to hit everyone on the spectrum and as Kim says - you know your body best but If it isn’t work, it’s not a workout!

Love the workouts, the videos and the amount of time. It works for me because I have 3 kids and 30 min a day it’s the most I can get in usually. The workouts are challenging and fun. I like the online videos but can see how the books might be useful as well. Definitely recommend!
