Working out is not easy but it does help with a clear instruction guide like Body Boss. As a beginner the workout is still a bit tough but worth it for the results and energy boost!

Absolutely loved this program, while I originally started to get more toned I ended up losing another 5kgs. I feel amazing and healthy, definitely kicked my butt but very well worth it. The community on fb was behind you 100%. Would highly recommend
