I love the workouts, they are intense but for a short time which works for me. I am sticking with it and feel good.

I'm on my second round doing BodyBoss and so far I havent missed a workout. The best part is that I havent wanted to miss a workout, I feel myself getting stronger and better at completing them, even though the later weeks are more challenging.

I have both the booklet and online versions, therefore when I’m off the grid I can still workout. No excuse. Easy to follow and it’s over and done before you know it, but you’ve worked up a sweat!
